This Privacy Policy explains what information Server Reforged ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Server Reforged is responsible for the information described here. We try to keep this simple and only collect what we actually need.

• Server and rig information. To manage your game servers, we store details about the computers you connect and the servers you run on them, such as their status, configuration, and basic performance metrics.
• Usage information. We collect basic technical logs (like errors and activity) to keep the service running and to troubleshoot problems.

What we do not do

We only manage the game services on the computer you choose to connect. We do not scan your home network, access your other devices, or touch files unrelated to the game server.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Server Reforged.
• To connect your hardware to the platform and manage your game servers.
• To contact you about your account, important updates, or support requests.
• To keep the service secure and investigate abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform, and only as needed for them to do that work, or where required by law. Those providers include things like hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and error and activity logging.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the service working. We don't use advertising cookies or sell your activity to advertisers. If we add analytics to understand how the service is used, we'll keep it privacy respecting and update this policy.

Your hardware stays yours

The computer you connect stays in your home and under your control. You can disconnect it and remove Server Reforged at any time.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to meet legal obligations.

Your rights and choices

You can access or update your account information from your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable form, or object to certain uses. Children's privacy

Server Reforged isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, email us at hello@serverreforged.com. We'll look into it and, if we confirm the information belongs to a child under 13, we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service grows. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know, and we'll update the date at the top of this page.
